of the design, performance and safety of the plant / works or any other obligations under the contract and Indian
Statutory laws nor does it limit the employer’s rights under the contract. Drawing / Document approval shall be read
in conjunction with this comments letter.

Comments on QAP of DG set with AMF Panel:

 Provided full load witness test for 10minutes is not acceptable. A full load witness test by Client / TPI
shall be carried out for 30minutes continuously by loading artificially as per tender.
 The overall efficiency of the DG Set at ¼ load, ½ load and full load shall be worked out.
 All necessary arrangements for testing under artificial load conditions such as cables, electrodes, load
and consumable like diesel, lubricating oil etc. shall be provided by the vender.
