Summary Of the Meeting

1. Work Order: Draft work order which was sent on 11-10-2022 from GPL was received and sent back with suggested revisions. Final work order with revisions will be sent by
Mr. Vipul by EOD-12-10-2022.

2. Mathadi – Unloading charges for Mathadi has been resolved by GPL with a fixed amount of Rs 15,000 which is to be borne by ERPL and same will be reimbursed by GPL
against the first invoice itself, generated along with Hoist rental charges. Mathadi charges will be added to total quantity of Hoist rental as an amendment to the Work order, and
to be provided by GPL at the earliest.
Also, during demobilisation and dismantling, Mathadi charges to be completely in the scope of GPL and not to be adjusted with any ERPL bills/ invoices.

3. Erection & Installation: As per GPL confirmation, foundation is not required for Hoist installation and same will be confirmed by them against this MOM sent. One team for
erection will be sent on 13-10-2022 for the first hoist and as per availability within 2 days another team will join and expedite the erection process for the second hoist. TPI for
Hoist is targeted to be done on 20-10-2022, subject to any external factors affecting otherwise. Safety induction to be carried out on 13-10-2022 for erection team by GPL. All
safety net and any other hindrances for installation to be removed by GPL before erection process. Power supply and Tower crane to be provided on free of cost basis for Hoist
erection and its operation.
