Malala pa rin po knowing na increasing pa din po yung cases ng covid 19 lalo nat nakapasok na raw po
yung delta variant, nasabi ko po syang malala dahil most of the people kapag mayroon na po silang
sakit karamdaman hindi na po sila nagpupuntang doktor o kahit sa center sa kadahilanang baka
makakuha sila ng covid sa hospital o kahit sa pagtratravel palang papunta sa hospital at pati na rin
baka maakusahan sila na may covid which is wala naman na silang magagawa at the end kasi sinabi
nga ng doktor. Yung mga resons [po na yun ang kinakatakot ng karamihan ng mga tao.

ANONG MASASABI SA REQUEST NI SARAH DUTERTE

Good for them kasi ayun gumagawa sila ng paraan para mapa-oo lang ang mga tao sa
pagpapabakuna….pero di pa rin mawawala yung tension ng mga tao na nagsasabing unfair sa
kadahilanan ngang sinabi ng gobyerno noon na huwag na daat mamili ng brand ng bakuna dahil
pareparehas din naman na bakuna yun and pareparehas na nagsasabing working sila and sinabi pa
nila na “hindi naman porket mababa ang efficacy rate ay hindi na ito gagana so tanggapin nalang
kung ano ang available” kayat majority ng mga tao ay di na namimili ng bakuna in order for them to
be protected.

So ayun swerte po nila kung mapagbigyan yung request kasi brand na po mismo ng bakuna nagadjust
para sakanila.

Unfair po kasi sabi po nila noong una na dapat wala na pong mamimili ng bakuna kasi mayroon na
pong available at yun na dapat yung gamitin and tinanggap naman po ng karamihang tao. So dapat
tanggapin na rin po ng mga taga davao kung ano ang availabl. And as they have said pareparehas
naman din po ang vaccine, vaccine din lang po yung halimbawa sinovac, johnson and johnson, aztra
zenika pareparehas din naman po na vaccine yan and nakadepende naman na po sa tao yung efficacy
neto.

And dapat hindi po sila namimilit na pagpabakuna po diba so kapag ayaw po talaga nila kasi nga low
yung efficacy rate so be it ibigay nalang sa iba and hindi yung bakuna po yung magaadjust para
sakanila. Although may point naman sila na dapat yung po talaga yung mga tatak na ginagamit. So
kung sakaling pagbibigyan kung kaya naman pala dapat nung una palang yun nang mga tatak na
kagaya ng phizer o mederna ang tinurok sa mga mamamayang pilipino in that way wala pong
mangyayaring ganito na sinasabi po ng mga tao unfair and paimportante mga ganyan wala pong
tension na magagan

Yesterday as I have recalled maam… ang na discuss po natin is all about global health status or
situations po… and I have learned na malala pa rin po ang global health in the present not just
because patuloy pa rin pong tumataas ang bilang ng mga natatamaan ng covid-19 lalo na’t kumakalat
na po yung sinasabi nilang delta variant but also because knowing na unti unti na po nauubusan ng
stocks and facilities lalo na po dito sa pilipinas na mayroong kulang sa beds, rooms and different kinds
of necessities. So yunpo masasabi ko na poor and malala pa rin po estado o kalagayan ng global
health po.

I have learned po na poor and malala pa rin po ang philippine health situations not just because nga
po sa kumakalat na delta variant and pagtaas ng naaapektuhan ng covid-19 but because nagaadjust
na po mindset ng mga tao na kahit mayroon na po silang sakit at karamdaman ay sinasarili nalang nila
rather than go to the nearest hospital or clinics kasi nga po sa takot na mahawa ng covid-19 but also
yung mindset rin po nila na sa oras na tumapak ka sa hospital automatic postive ka na sa covid
according sa test nila and as a result mapapagastos pa. kaya yun po nasabi ko na malala kasi na rin sa
mindset ng mga tao na ayaw nang magpacheck up ng kanilang karamdaman

I have learned po na nagincrease po yung global population natin ng doble from 1955 po na 2.8 billion
to the present po na 5.8 billion maybe because from the past po mababa po yung death rate ng mga
tao kasi nga nagaadvance din naman po kagaya ng technology and medicine and mga utak ng tao ang
maybe nagiging mas maingat and mas educated na po and mga tao ang having that knowledge to
survive and etc kaya nababawasan unti unti yung death rate ng tao ang patuloy na nagiincrease yung
population natin kasi mas mataas na ng malayo ang birthrate rate globally.

I have learned po na ang life expectancy po ng mga tao ay expected na magiging hanggang 73 years
by 2025 malayo sa life expectancy noong 1995 na 65 years at 1955 na 48 years and one of the main
reason that I could think bakit ito nagiincrease, kasi po sa medical advancements din po globally.
Nagkakaroon po ng knowledge yung mga tao na in order para humaba yung buhay is to have a better
life, hygiene and healthcare po. And this present times po, majority ng mga tao is having healthier life
and sufficient food plus improved na rin po yung mga medical care and that causes na mas magiigng
mahaba po life expectancy po ng mga tao comparedsa mga previous generations.

leading causes po ay mga infectious and parasitic dieseases like tuberculosis, diarrhea, HIV AIDS, and

Good afternoon maam… maam from the last meeting we have discussed
about the concepts of public health nursing na nagdedefine as the
practice of promoting and protecting the health of populations po using
knowledge from nursing… also public health po is one of the core
elements po ng government na layong ma improve yung health po ng
mga civilians especially to those na kinakailangan po talagang
mapagtuunan ng pansin…

plus pinagusapan rin po last meetin kung ano ano po yung mga roles ng
nurses sa public health po which is being a care provider po o nagbibigay
ng optimum health and care na kinakailangan ng mga individuals po, and
also an educator po or nagtuturo , naglelead, and naggaguide sa mga
individuals nang sagayon ma meet nila yung desired na health and
wellness na nararapat po sakanila.

And also napagusapan rin po yung about sa community health po which

is a field po ng public health na nakafocus naman po sa community or
mga individuals within a geographical location. Dito po mayroon po
tayong tinatawag na CHW po or Community Health Workers and
tinatawag din po silang BHW po tulad dito saamin or yun nga po
Barangay Health Workers na kinoconsidder din pong isa sa mga
frontliners na oftenly member din ng mismong community po na yun
and doon din po siya nagfofocus sa pagiimprove po ng health po ng mga
individual. So yun po yung mga natutunan ko po maam from the last
meeting
Maam last meeting po we continued the discussion po about public
health nursing po wherein na tackle po yung definition ng community
health nursing ni araceli maglaya at ng DOH po… and according po sa
DOH and community health nursing po is unique blend ng nursing at
public health na layong magbigay ng care at impact sa health and human
wellbeing po and nabanggit rin po na nageextend yung responsibilities
ng mga community health nurses from individuals, to families, to schools
and clinics po while according naman po kay Araceli Maglaya ang
community health nursing naman po is utiliztion o epektibong paggamit
ng nursing process sa ibatibang levels ng clientele like individuals
families, groups and communities na layon ding makapag promote ng
health at makapagprevent ng diseases po… so medyo similar din lang po
sa DOH definition pero ini speify po ni Araceli Maglaya yung epektibong
paggamit ng Nursing Process po…

Worht and dignity of a man explanation pls _____________

Nabanggit rin po last meeting yung ultimate goal po ng CHN which is to

raise the level of citizenry nga po sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng care
at help sa mga communities and families in order para makaprevent sa
diseases and ma maximize yung level ng wellness po ng people.

And nadiscuss din po yung ibat ibang roles po ng public health nurses po
which isa nga po is maging role model po o dapat ipinapakita ng isang
nurse na he or she is professional at hindi yung nurse ka nga may bisyu
naman…. isa pa po is pagiging coordinator po or actively coordinating sa
mga individuals at sa mga different programs.. at marami pa pong iba…

 Maam as what I recall po last meeting nabanggit po yung VISION
AND MISSION ng DOH and talking about their vision po nakasaad po
doon na filipinoes are among the healthies people in southeast asia by
2022 and asia by 2040 ….Which I could say true naman po pero siguro
majority lang ng filipinoes kasi hindi naman po lahat masasabing healthy
kasi mayroon parin pong mga existing na challenges na humaharang po
dito sa vision kagaya nga ng extreme poverty and etc po…. while yung
mission naman po is to lead the country in the development of a
productive, resilient, equitable and people centered.

Natalakay rin po yung MDGs or yung mga tinatawag na

Millennium Development Goals which mayroong 8 na international goals
para po maimprove po yung life ng mga individuals sa iba’t ibang
countries by 2015.
And according po sa video na napanood kahapon since 1990 po…
malaki naman na po yung pinagbago and masasabi pong nagimprove na
po …. but, not totally at mayroon paring things na kailangang I consider
para rito… kagaya nga po ng…
yung goal na to eradicate extreme poverty and hunger …na cut po siya in
half… but 1 in 8 people worldwide still go hungy po… and
yung goal naman po na to achieve universal primary education… nag
increase po from 83% to 90% … yet 1 out of 10 po na mga bata hindi po
nakakapagaral.
So yun po maam yung natutunan ko po.

Ang agree po ako is yung kay hazel po kasi gustuhin man po nating makaahon nasa isip naman po natin na eto ang
gusto kong gawin para makaahon ako sa kahirapan…. meron po bang kakayahan??… yung tipong funds na
sanan napupunta for support for families, naibubulsa na lamang ng gobyerno…. sila nalang ang umaangat….
well kagaya nga po ngayong election time saka lang sila lumalabas para tumulong pero sa span ng kanilang
termino baka hindi mo na sila maramdaman bahala ka na sa buhay mo… what am I trying to say here is yes
nasas isip na yan talaga ng mga tao na ganto ang kailangan kong gawin ang kulang lang is yung financial
support sana para maachieve nila ito

Last meeting ma’am nagdiscuss po tayo about prevention and talking
about prevention po ito po yung pagstop sa bagay or especially sa mga
diseases bago pa po magkaroon o mangyari po. Yung mga activities po
dito is aimed to eradicate or alteast minimize yung mga potential health
threats or yung mga diseases po…… and we also have tackled the
different levels of prevention po which are primordial prevention,
primary prevention, secondary prevention and tertiary prevention…..

Dati po tatlo lang po ito but this time po nadagdag na po yung

primordial prevention which is prevention po sa pagdevelop ng risk

factor in a population group po … dito po sa primordial prevention hindi
pa po lumalabas yung potential na maging health threat or diseases
pineprevent na po siya through health education, use of adds or
advertisements or even social media po.

Sa primary prevention naman po…. ang pinaka aim po nito is to prevent

yung onset ng specific na disease by risk reduction po like ngayong days
po… na aachieve po siya by health promotion and specific protection like
vaccination, hand washing and etc po.

Yung secondary prevention naman po… nagsasagawa na po dito ng mga

early diagnosis, screening tests, and referrals po to prevent yung
complication naman po sa selected individuals nang sa gayon ma restore
pa po yung health niya bago pa po siya maging grabe

And lastly po yung tertiary prevention po….dito po patient na po talaga

ang hawak and tinitreat po yung disease bago pa po magdeteriorate
yung katawan ….dito na po magsasagawa ng rehabilitation and mga
therapy po nang sa gayon marereduce o malilimit pa po yung mga
impairments or disabilities po.

For what I know may pagbabago naman po siya especially nung pre
pansdemic po naging vulnerable po tayo from the virus at tumaas nga po
yung level ng naaapektuhan and habang tumatagal naman po mas
nagiging focused naman sila in treating the virus po at pagpreprevent sa
mga tao from being infected and as of now nga po nagaavail pa rin po
sila ng vaccines para po sa mga mamamayan at nang di po magkaroon
ng severe na covid po….

I have learned rin po yung health system that we aspire for dito po sa
pilipinas which composed of 3 goals po and those are financial
protection, better health outcomes, and responsiveness po…
- financial protection po dito po binibigyang proteksyon
yung mga filipinoes especially po yung mga mahihirap sa high cost
po ng healthcare….
- for better health outcomes naman po dito po layon po
nilang ma attain yung best possible health outcomes po sa mga
pilipino with no disparity po which healthcare providers po are
continuously trying to achieve po.
- and lastly po is responsiveness wherein nafefeel po ng
filipnoes na sila ay being respected, valued and empowed sa lahat
ng kanilang interaction po with the health care system….
Ito pong mga goals po na to layon pong makapagbigay sa
mga filipinoes ng healthy and productive life with being
respected, valued, and empowered po sa mga health care
systems… yes po mayroon naman pong mga substancial na
progress lalo na po this time of pandemic po …. pero nga po
challenges remains po kagaya nga po sa financial protection
mayroon parin pong mga tao na pinupush pong magbayad out of
their own pocket po for the health care service that they need po.
