As a leader I will lead by example to guide them
through my behaviors and inspiring them to do
the same as I do because in this way I can
provide a path to direct them towards a common

Prayer
Eternal Father, I pray that You will give every leader strength, so they do not grow weary in their
leadership role. Father, the task may seem overwhelming and exhausting, but I pray that every
leader will recognize that they are assigned to do your will. All these we ask in the mighty name of
Jesus. Amen..
