The PS MARKETING YOUR T-SHIRT STORE is to provide our customers a good and
high-quality T-Shirts at a reasonable price and make our customer satisfied in our
product. The PS MARKETING YOUR T-SHIRT STORE is located at 77 Mc Arthur
Highway Davao City 8000. The big part of our operational plan is to continue to attract
and give our customer a happy and good feedback to our product.

b. Flow of Orders for Goods And/or Services

Before the shop open at 8:00 am, we will prepare our good and high-quality t-shirts in
our 6 t-shirts racks. Also, we will wait our customers online to pm us at our Facebook
page. They can buy online or through walking in to our store.

c. Technology Utilization
By creating a Facebook page to our store, it will help our customers to reach us at
anytime by just following our online shopping guidelines.

a.) Pricing

PS Marketing Your T-Shirt Store will be very affordable because our Plain
T-shirt prices range from 85 to 195 pesos. And Printed T-shirt price range is
95 to 210 pesos.

b.) Distribution
They can come to our shop, and we also provide free delivery within a certain
range of our site.

c.) Promotion

We advertise our product by publishing it on social media platforms. Just like

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, as well by posting a tarpaulin.

d.) Product forecast

By the first month we forecast to sell:
• 500 Plain T-shirt per month

•500 Printed T-shirt per month

The forecast by units, we predict as an entrepreneur that how many units we're going to
sell of T-shirts each month. Then, we will figure out what the average price is going to
be for each unit. We will multiply those two numbers together and we will have the total
sales we plan on making each month and then we are now planning to try to have more
Printed T-shirt by next month because the most sale is the printed item.
