    - Speak fluently: That’s an old bike/ These are new bikes

    a. Vocabulary & Phonetics:
     Adjectivee:
    - Old: /əʊld/

    - New: /njuː/

    - Big: /bɪɡ/

    - Small: /smɔːl/

    - Long: /lɔːŋ/

    - Short: /ʃɔːrt/

    2. Skills: Listening + Speaking


    3. Knowledge: Students can name the new vocabulary
    4. Attitudes: Students try to remember the new vocabulary.
    C. Methods: mixed Communicative approach, Teachers-whole class, group, individual.
    D. Teaching aids: Computer, book, CD.
    I/ New lesson:

    Warm-up:
    + Greeting - Greet Ss as they come into the room. 15’
    - Say Hi! (S’s name) 5:00 – 5:15
    - Have Ss say Hi, (T’s name).
    + Dancing - Ss dance an English song: divide into
    two groups.
    + watch video and dance along with
    English song.
    + Review - Vocabulary: Unit 1-4
    + Lead in. - Lead to the new lesson

    A/ Presentation + Practice 10’


    - The flashcards make a line on the floor 5:15 – 5:25
    Practice: Review Part A - Divide into 2 teams
    Flashcard Race - A Ss of each team jump to a flashcard
    and say that word, who is fastest will be
    the winner

    Practice: Review Part B 10’


    - Ask Ss “What can you see?” 5:25 – 5:35
    Speaking
    - Ss answer: “I can see a pink bear”
    - Ask Ss: “Is it old or new?”
    - Ss answer: “it’s old/ it’s new”

    Part C: Listen and say. Then 15’


    Practice - Describe the picture 5:35 – 5:50
    - Explain the structure “That’s an old bike/
    These are new bikes”
    - Ss practice
    - Correct

    Practice: Play a game 10’


    Pass the ball - Ss have a ball. 5:50 – 6:00
    - When stopping music, Ss say “…..”,
    then pass a ball to the next person
    - Do the same

    C/ Consolidation 15’
    - Do the exercises. 6:00 - 6:15
    - Correct
    D/ Homework: 5’
    - Instruct Ss to practice the lesson. 6:15 – 6:20
    - Ask Ss to revise new words.
