- Vocabulary: motocross, do a trick, win the medal, compete in a race/game, decide.
2. Knowledge: By the end of the lesson, my students will be able to:
- Remember the past form of some certain regular and irregular verbs.
- Use the have-learnt words to listen for specific information in a programme about the X games.

- Main skills : listening and speaking skills.
- Sub skills : reading skills.
4. Attitude: love students’ self and love studying.

- Use vocabulary items related to dangerous sports.
