LESSON PLAN

Topic: B5 –School –Review all

1. Class description: POPODOO 4


- The number of students: 12
- Age: 5-7
2. Time: 90 minutes
3. Objectives: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to:
- Remember the words: pencil, notebook, crayon, glue stick, desk, chair, book, bag, stand up, sit
down, open, close
- Remember the letters and the words in each letter:
y: yarn, yard
z: zero, zipper
- Know how to ask and answer the question about the school supplies
- Assumed knowledge:
Ss have already speak the words and sentences fluently.
5. Anticipated problems:
- Children may not remember the words so the teacher ask them to repeat several times.
6. Teaching aids:
- Flashcards, IT board, marker, white board.

10’ - Review the old lesson - Look, listen and say the
words
60’ - Review all - Review the rule of the classroom - Listen
the words and - Divide class into two teams: Team A and
letters Team B
- T shows the letters ask Ss to say aloud the - Speak out
letters then stand up to make a letter by the body
language and the sound of them (one by one)
- Shows Fcs ask Ss to say aloud the word by the
sentence. Eg “Y is for yarn.” (one by one) - Look, listen and say
- Review all the words about school supplies
- Give them some games to check their - Look, listen and say the
memories words
1: “Back to back”: 2 Ss stand back to back. T - Play game
give 2 Fcs for each and ask Ss to make some
steps forward then say turn back. The Ss try to
say what’s your friend’s Fc. The fisrt person say
the words will win.
2: “The Monster game”: Ask Ss to sit a large
circle.Give each Ss 1 Fc (The Fc must be
different) T will be the monster in the game to
stand in the middle of the circle. The monster
touch the Ss they must to say the words loudly.
If the Ss don’t say the words and the Monster
catches them. They becomes the new monster.
3. “Funny Flashcard”: Ask Ss to make a circle,
sit down on the floor give one flashcard for the
- Review each Ss. Play the music, The Ss have to pass the
letters FC one by one till the moment when T stop the
music. After that the each Ss has to stand up and
shout the name of the FC.
- Ask Ss some questions about the school - Answer the question
supplies
- Review all the words again and summarise the
lesson.

10’ Consolidation - Sing and dance “Hello” song - Dance and sing
