the conversation, have them answer the given comprehension questions .

Let the teacher discusses the Barriers to communication on page 5-6 of the
SLM.
Instruct the learners to examine the given examples of each kind of barrier
to communication.
Facilitate the learner’s comprehension through a question and answer
session about the communication barriers.
Application: Let the learners accomplish the following tasks.
Activity 1
Directions: Identify the kind of communication barrier exemplified by each
description. Tell whether it is Physiological, Psychological, Cultural, or
Linguistic Barrier.
Activity 2
Directions: Explain why there is communication breakdown on the given
situations.
ASSESSMENT
Instruct the learners to answer the GAUGE part of the Self-Learning
Module on pages 10-11.
