-) Compile a list of purchases of item/services that required by all members of the company.
-) Categorize the purchase list between monthly purchases and one time purchases.
-) Compile a list of vendors providing items/service.
-) Request purchase approval from management/finance department for budget.
-) Contact suppliers & vendors for get quotation/offer price
-) Create an order/purchase document Order (Purchase Order)
