TITLE:COMPLAINING AT A HOTEL

HAIQAL(CUSTOMER SERVICE): Hello customer service what can I help you?


FIRDAUS(GUEST): Hello I am a guest at the lagoon hotel I would like to make a little
complaint about this hotel
HAIQAL(CUSTOMER SERVICE): Hello, can I know what room number you are staying in and
what problem do you want to complain about?
FIRDAUS(GUEST): I am from room A302 I want to tell you the hotel is very interesting but
too boring.
HAIQAL(CUSTOMER SERVICE): Oh no, why are you bored of staying at our hotel? Is there
anything we can help?
FIRDAUS(GUEST): I have stayed here for 1 night and there is nothing that can be done here.
Your hotel is like a cave, you know because this hotel does not provide anything for its
guests.
HAIQAL(CUSTOMER SERVICE): I'm sorry sir, but our hotel has been around for a long time.
This is the first time a customer has complained about this problem. Do you want to
sabotage us?
FIRDAUS(GUEST): No I don't want to drop the name of your hotel but I'm talking based on
what I went through here. your hotel has a good view but you don't use it this hotel doesn't
provide day trips so guests who come from far away just lock themselves in a room because
they don't know where direction
HAIQAL(CUSTOMER SERVICE): Sorry sir, I am just doing my job as customer service, if
possible I would like to connect the call extension to the hotel manager, can sir?
FIRDAUS(GUEST): Yes can i want to talk to your manager about this and maybe after our
conversation your manager will do something about this hotel.
HAIQAL(CUSTOMER SERVICE): Okay,please wait sir.
HAIQAL(MANAGER): Hello,I am Haiqal lagoon hotel manager,can I know who I am talking
to?
FIRDAUS(GUEST): I am a lagoon hotel guest from room A302 I would like to make a
complaint about your hotel.
HAIQAL(MANAGER): Why, what's wrong with this hotel?
FIRDAUS(GUEST): Your hotel is too boring there is nothing to do here!
HAIQAL(MANAGER): Yes I admit about that, but our hotel always has guests.Another one I
have no idea to plan activities that can be done in an area like this.There are forests that
have been marginalized for a long time.So we don't want to take risks.
FIRDAUS(GUEST): I understand you don't want to take risks.If your hotel can't run a hotel
day trip you can provide enough facilities in this hotel such as gym or swimming pool.
HAIQAL(MANAGER): That's a good idea, but I need enough funds. If you don't mind, it's
okay if you suggest how to get me funds in a short time.
FIRDAUS(GUEST): I can suggest you make a bank loan to equip this hotel with various
facilities.
HAIQAL(MANAGER): Oh of course, can I know what other activities can add interest in you
as a guest?
FIRDAUS(GUEST): For me as a guest of your hotel area this is very suitable if at night the
hotel does bonfire activities because of the cold environment at night.
HAIQAL(MANAGER): Sure, it's a good activity. But we have a problem that can not be solved
that around our hotel there is wildlife. One day our guard once saw a stray tiger near the
forest.
FIRDAUS(GUEST): Oh really it's so scary if so maybe your hotel can make a buffet at an
affordable price
HAIQAL(MANAGER): Sir don't worry, we have reported to the authorities to solve this
problem.to make a buffet at an affordable price i will consider.Because our hotel has a large
dining hall and a professional chef.
FIRDAUS(GUEST): Good I hope with this complaint you can further improve the service and
facilities at this hotel
HAIQAL(MANAGER): Well for sure I will implement it.Thanks for making me aware of the
shortcomings of this hotel.
FIRDAUS(GUEST): I think that's all I want to complain about your hotel. Thank you.
