EVENT HEAD/ CHAIRMAN

The event chairman is the one responsible for the planning, promotion, production,
and distribution of tasks among the people involved in the whole event. The event
chairman should be capable of leading a whole team to ensure a smooth flow of
operations, and must be able to work even under pressure when unexpected things
happen. The event chairman’s role includes the coordination of the details of the work
in order to ensure a smooth flow of the event and will go according to plan.

TREASURER
The one who provide financial oversight for the company. The duties include
budgeting, planning financially, and reporting of the financial status. They keep
account of the budget, what is paid and those that are still pending. They’re basically
involved in all financial aspects of the company.

SECRETARY
The Secretary is the one who is in charge of mostly the paperworks for the company
which includes the contracts, information and transactions. The secretary is the one
who is in charge of taking the minutes when there are meetings with all committee
members, they also work with the manager and helps them follow up the members of
the committee regarding their tasks and responsibilities.

ASSISTANT SECRETARY
The assistant secretary will be the one who will assist the secretary in their tasks and
responsibilities. If the secretary becomes unavailable, the assistant will be the one
who will take charge of the secretariat responsibilities, they must be aware of what is
going on in this role.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE COMMITTEE (KITCHEN HEAD, FOOD,


BEVERAGE)
The Food and Beverage Committee led by the kitchen head, are the ones responsible
and must ensure that everyone who attends, including guests, has enough to eat. They
provide the main course and drinks for the event. Following the transmission of the
menu information, catering services will get in touch with the members. The
committee staff should show up early to set up and prepare the food and drinks for the
occasion.

DINING HEAD
The one who will lead and make sure that everything is set up before the actual day of
the event. They will also be the ones who will be in charge in making sure that
everybody in the venue is comfortable and helps in assisting the guests and cater to
their needs.

DESIGN
The ones who are in charge when it comes to the overall design of the venue, they
handle the visual and aesthetic aspects of the sets, furniture, and props that will be
used for the event.

TECHNICAL

They are the ones who are in charge when it comes to the checking of the
materials’ quality. They make sure that the equipment to be used for the event is fully
functional and safe to use. They handle equipment such as the sound system, the
lighting, the LED screen, and the projectors.
