AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DIS INTERESTED PERSONS

We TERESITA C. BISNAR , widow, of legal age, Filipino, a resident of Brgy.

Maljo ,Inopacan, Leyte and FELICISIMA E. BISNAR , married of legal age, Filipino
and a resident of Brgy. Maljo , Inopacan, Leyte after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and say ,That :

1. We know for a fact that IMELDA SERRANNO LOPEZ, THELMA S. LOPEZ,

REYNALDO S. LOPEZ , ROLANDO S. LOPEZ , ROMEO S. LOPEZ,
RIZALDY S. LOPEZ and RENATO S. LOPEZ are the children of FELIMON B.
LOPEZ and LYDIA L. SERRANO - both deceased

2. We have personal knowledge that IMELDA S. LOPEZ already died with

heirs/children namely : EMELYN F. ANDOY, GERONA LOPEZ LABRADORES
and BIEN L. DEDACE

3. We also know that ROLANDO S. LOPEZ died on July 22,2020 without direct
descendants at Brgy. Maljo , Inopacan, Leyte;

4. Upon the death of Imelda S. Lopez her children became one of the heirs of
Rolando S. Lopez by law of substitution;

5. We are providing information to the proper authorities that the abovementioned

names : THELMA S. LOPEZ, REYNALDO S. LOPEZ and RENATO S. LOPEZ ,
ROMEO S. LOPEZ, RIZALDY S. LOPEZ together with his nephew BIEN
DEDACE and nieces EMELYN F. ANDOY, GERONA LOPEZ LABRADORES are
the successors -in-interest of ROLANDO S. LOPEZ ;

6. We are executing this affidavit to attest the forgoing facts , in support of the
claims of the heirs in SSS and for whatever legal intents this may serve.
