LPD/CSU Tanajib Area Construction Safety Team conducted a regular field safety inspection at Sinopec EPC 17 TGPPD. We would like to
bring to your attention some deficiencies that we noticed during the inspection. These observations were discussed/communicated thru
email with Project Management Field Compliance Coordinator Darius Jose. We appreciate your immediate action to address them in a
timely manner.

At pipeline Km 126, the 2.5m deep excavation was observed without available pre-excavation checklist as the pre-excavation checklist
that was presented is for Km 125
