This letter will serve the as the permission for Mr Aan for Astra Zeneca Event at Nusa Dua on
Saturday, 3 December 2022.

Permission is granted loading and dismantled Hybrid meeting for that matters.

We are expecting you to starts the Loading preparation of Loading preparation of Panel and others
Supporting Equipments on Friday, December 02, 2022 starts on 21.00 via loading dock for
vendor.

Dismantled of Panel and others Supporting Equipments on Saturday, December 03, 2022
starts on 12.00 via loading dock for vendor.
Note: Any changes on the loading time will be informed to you as soon as possible.

Should you have to change your schedule please advice the Catering & Banquet Department as soon
as possible.

For security reason, Hotel’s security will record all your staff and “Visitor Card” will be given to every
person doing the preparation above. Please find the list of worker who will be incharge for the event:

During the process, the decorator is not allowed to eat, smoke or sleep in the hotel premises. Worker
must to wear proper attire and not allowed to wear slippers and sandals.
Incase of damages or losses occurred during the preparation, event or dismantling on Hotel’s
Property, Charges shall be applied.
