Inside Bowman's capsule is a dense network of blood vessels and tubules which allow filtration and reabsorption of water, salts, glucose, and other materials. 3. The filtered materials either diffuse back into the blood in the peritubular capillaries or continue through the nephron tubules and collecting duct to form urine which exits the kidney.
