The following list of undelivered materials was under discussion.

1. Resin Panels
KC stated that there was no PO placement yet, although
The approval on samples was issued in June 2022.

STS confirmed PO placement on August 23, 2022.

KC raised concerns about the delay in selecting artwork

KC & AJ ask for STS’s PO with Adada for Resin Panels.

STS submitted shop drawings this week. AJ / STS

STS stated that the supplier needs 40 days for

manufacturing, 30 days for delivery, and 25 days for
installation (a total of 95 days) from the date of shop
drawing approval for solid colors (15th January 2023).

KC objected to the late shop drawing submission by STS

and stated that this delay event will be STS’s
responsibility.

2. Wooden Doors
KC and AJ raised their concerns regarding the delivery
time and delivery prioritization.

STS confirmed the following delivery schedule for door

STS confirmed the delivery of 100 rooms by November

STS confirmed that installation is ongoing for 62 rooms. STS

STS confirmed receiving complete quantities of 4 out of 6

items for 32 rooms from B design, for phase 1.

FADEN and B design started the installation at the site.

6. Wooden Ceiling
AJ confirmed the material approval.

STS commenced the installation, expecting completion of

7. Counters - Nurse Stations

STS submitted shop drawings and AJ replied with code

8. Wooden Casework in other areas

AJ confirmed the material approval.

9. Skylight Covering System

AJ confirmed the material approval.

10. Wall Protection

AJ confirmed the material approval for all components.

STS confirmed that PO placement is done.

Skelton and (2) months for cover from the shop drawing
approval (recently submitted).

30th November in Transit.

11. LED Chandeliers

03/12/2022 STS submitted its material submittal on 14th Sept. Under

AJ review

STS is to submit the revised material submittal and AJ/STS

samples ASAP.

STS to confirm the delivery time.

12. Privacy & Shower Curtains

AJ confirmed the material approval.

selection.

AJ to confirm the colors and assured that approved by
tomorrow i.e. (02nd Oct 2022).

AJ informed the contractor/supplier to submit the

material, and shop drawings are still pending.

On 12th November, STS stated that the privacy curtain

is not in the contractor’s scope. KC and AJ rejected this
statement and informed that this was defined in contract
addendum #3.

KC states that this delay event is STS’s responsibility.

13. Marble to Lobby Area

STS confirmed that PO placement is done.

14. Landscape
STS and AJ to expedite engineering submissions and

The subcontractor will provide samples this week for

consultant approval.

AJ will issue instructions with color, and pattern before 20th

instructions by tomorrow (02nd Oct 22), pertaining to
control/expansion joints.

AJ confirmed that control joints are to be every 6mts as

per calculation.

15. Door Hardware

Most of the door hardware will be delivered within days of

STS confirmed the delivery of aligns and door closers.

AJ approved the master key chart; STS shall provide 20

Grand master keys.

STS confirmed the partial delivery, to provide a delivery
schedule for the remaining.

STS is to submit a sample board for the remaining

accessories for final approval.

STS submitted the samples, under AJ review.

16. Courtyard
KC and AJ asked for STS confirmation for the following:

The installation of the southern Courtyard Non-Fire
rated from 24th Nov to 03rd Dec 2022, and Fire rated
from 09th Dec to 24th Dec 2022.

The installation of the northern Courtyard Non-Fire

rated from 26th Dec to 20th Jan 2023, and Fire rated from
03rd Dec to 25th Dec 2022. STS

The aluminum decorative screens’ delivery time will be at

the end of December 2022.

STS confirmed that installation in the southern

courtyard is complete, with the exception of glass
panels, which will begin shortly.

17. Signage System

AJ confirmed the material approval.

AJ to confirm the selection of internal signage models with

Mediclinic. AJ / STS

AJ approved the submitted shop drawings.

STS is yet to provide the delivery schedule.

AJ will share complete fixation details for external signage.
