To avoid any health risks during this pandemic, please follow our SCHOOL BRIGADA ESKWELA
2021 CONTINGENCY PLAN for our school activities in releasing our SIPacks and retrieving the answer sheet.

Please accomplished the following documents;

1. ACR during and after implementation of Brigada Eskwela.


2. Duly signed Daily Time Records / CS Form 48
3. Accomplishment of BE Form 04

Day 1: Activity: Seiri (sorting out of unnecessary equipment or material in required and non-required items.)
Gather all the papers inside the room
Eliminate the used papers
Eliminate the materials, tools and appliances that are not functioning/damaged and send them to junk
shop
Removed the old posters and signage
Remove the old display on bulletin board
Day 2: Activity: Seiton (“to set in order" or to put everything into its proper place)
Clean every corner of the room
Organize the paper/documents according to their category
Purchase tools and materials used in organizing and cleaning
Day 3: Activity: Seiso (Sweep is the thorough cleaning of the area, tools, machines, and other equipment to
ensure that everything is returned to a “nearly new” status.)
 Clean the wall and ceiling fans
 Clean the windows
 Repainting of Tables
 Printing of tarpaulin for posters and other signage
 And purchase of volunteer’s food for their snacks and additional cleaning materials and tools.
Day 4: Activity: seiketsu (standardize)
 Cutting and preparation of Covid 19 AWARENESS POSTERS. Large format posters to
inform staff, learners, and visitors. These posters are full-color, 18"x20" and can be hung in
high traffic areas in your classroom.

 Check and plug your TV sets.
Day 5: Activity: Shitsuke (sustain, ensuring that the company continue to continually improve using the
previous stages of 5S, maintain housekeeping, and conduct audits and so forth. 5S should become part of the
culture of the business and the responsibility of everyone in the organization.)
 Sew the curtains
 Post different awareness posters in the classroom
 Polish the floor
 Clean tables and chairs
 Clean all your equipment.
Day 6: Finalizing
hang the curtains

fixing the tiles
wash the rags use in the classroom
Clean outside your classroom / gardening/planting/removing weeds.
