Lesson Plan
Topic : Bedroom
Students Age : 5 – 10 Years Old
Duration : 1 h 15 min

A. Goals
At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to ;
 Students be able to respond the teacher’s instruction well
 Can remember and pronounce the vocabulary of things related to bedroom,
such as bed, wardrobe, curtain, desk, doll, mirror, merchandise, etc
 Students be able to sing a taught song
B. Method : Demonstration
C. Activities
1) Opening Activity
 The teacher enters the class with greeting
 The teacher give instruction to praying before starting the class
 The teacher checking student’s attendance
 Giving some opening questions to students related to the upcoming
material
 Explaining the purpose of the study
 The teacher and students sing a theme song along

2) Main Activity
 The teacher explain the materials to students
 The teacher and students sing a theme song along
 Students observe the display videos or pictures that related to the
material
 The teacher gives spontaneous questions about the material (display
videos/pictures) to students
 The teacher asks students to ask things they don’t understand
 The teacher and students sing a theme song along
 The teacher then invites the students to play a simple game
3) Closing Activity
 The teacher and students sing a theme song along
 Giving summaries related to the material
 Giving a reward per students by a sticker
 Giving overview related to the next material
D. Media
 Media : Display Videos, Pictures
 Tools : Whiteboard, Laptop
E. Games
The first game is Puzzle, students are divided into several groups. Students are given
orders to put together a puzzle, where each random letter will produce one word that refers
to bedroom vocabulary. Random letters written by the teacher on the whiteboard.

The second game is students guess the function of each picture given. The picture consist
of objects that are included in the bedroom. Students will point to themselves if they know
the function of the picture and the teacher will only show the picture
