III. PLATFORM Classroom Setup
IV. AGENDA -Administer Psychosocial support to the learners through different

activities. The activities help learners identify their feelings, express
them through art, discover that people can experience more than
one feeling at a time and prepare them to be adjusted to the in-
person classes.
-The Class adviser will allot two hours for the conduct of the
activities.
- Utilize Emoticon charts to easily identify who are feeling happy,
sad, angry, nervous, sleepy and excited at the moment.
-Provide drawing activity such as “Everyone has Feelings/Color Your
Feelings” to let the learners best explore, identify and describe their
feelings through art. Prepare background music to motivate them.
When all are finished, have the learners share their drawings to the
group.
-Employ energizer or ice-breaking activities from time to time.
-Synthesize learnings and re-emphasize important points about the
theme through wrap up some important points and key message.
V. AGREEMENT/WAYS All class advisers will administer a psychosocial support activity to

FORWARD the learners to help them be prepared and adjusted to the current
mandatory in-person classes.
At least two hours will be devoted to the activity. Some materials

will be provided by the class adviser such as Bond paper, emoticon
charts and speaker except for crayons or other drawing materials
which should be brought by the learners.
The activity should be fun and no judgment or discrimination to

provide relief to any negative feelings a learner has in the in-person
classes due to the two years of modular learning.

ACTIVITY
This photo presents the Psychosocial Support Activity in which the

learners began with a greeting from the class adviser and a
preparation for the said activity.

REGION III
The photos show the actual conduct of the energizer activity. The
class adviser prepared the learners with an energizer to motivate
and allow them to particapte in the activty.
Learners were very eager to participate and enjoyed the energizer

activity. It hellped them to become relax and later on be able to
express their feelings or emotions.
The class adviser used the body map outline to distinguish who felt
fear, happy, courage, love, and anger at the moment. Learners are
not required to answer unless they feel to do so. All emotions are
welcome.
Once negative emotion is shown, an advice of encouragement will

be provided by the adviser. Fortunately, students were very
optimistic and no one had shown a negative reaction.

“Body Map” began with motivational words from the class adviser to
help them release their emotion alongside with a soft instrumental
background music.

B. Everyone Has
Feelings Activity
The learners participated in the activity by providing a drawing of

what they feel or their emotion at the moment. Bond papers were
provided to each learner while drawing materials were brought by
them. Others traced the drawing out using pencil while some used

crayons directly.
The activity is called “Body Map”. This activity helps learners identify
their feelings, express them through art and discover that people
can experience more than one feeling at a time.

As part of the activity, learners were asked to show their drawing
and share their feelings as well. Learners have shown positive
feedback and positive emotions or feelings towards the activity.
The activity ended up with a brief discussion of some important

points especially life lessons and how to adjust on different
adversaries or situations in life. The students listened eagerly as
they heard that teacher also experienced what they are experiencing
in life and emphasized that we are not different from them because
we shared the same experiences but we were able to surpass those
things and so are they.
One of the lessons conveyed in this activity is how to handle our

emotions properly. Everybody has feelings but feelings should not
overcome us. Furthermore, the adviser also made sure that they felt
secured inside the classroom and she also pointed out that teachers
are there to guide and support them all the time.

There were 34 students who particpated in the Psychosocial Support

Activity. Some were absent due to health reasons.
