1. What do you think were the factors that hindered you from
dancing or doing better at it?
 I think the factors that hindered me from dancing are shyness and
lack of skills in dancing. Because of shyness I did not dare to try
dancing especially in front of a crowd. Lack of skills in dancing also
hindered me from doing better at it because I feel that dancing isn’t
my thing.
2. How important is partnership, lead and follow relationship in
social dancing?
 It is very important because it can make the dance more graceful,
refine, and more synchronize. It will also make the dance more
pleasing to the eyes of the audiences. All in all, social dancing is a
genre of dance that is aimed to entertain and having these skills can
greatly improve your dance.
3. Given the opportunity to participate in such activity regularly, how
do you think can social dancing contribute to the attainment of
fitness and social well-being?
 Social dancing can bring benefits on the improvement of a person’s
fitness and social well-being. It can improve your fitness by making
your body gain more strength and stamina. Also, since social
dancing is aimed for socializing and entertainment, always
participating in this type of activity can definitely contribute to the
improvement of your social well-being.
4. Now that you have the knowledge and skills in social dancing, how
do you think can you influence others in your community to do
the same?
 I can influence my fellow people in my community by showing them
the goodness and benefits that I gained since I started doing this
activity. I will show them how good my mental, social and physical
state become since doing this genre of dance.
5. What do you think are the values or attitudes that you should
possess in order to be successful in social dancing? Explain your
answer.
 There are a few values or attitudes that a social dancer should have.
A successful social dancer have a humble, open-minded, friendly
and outgoing attitude. They are not called successful social dancer
of they don’t have the skills and talent that this dance requires.
Most importantly, always believing and trusting God, everything is
possible.
