Personal Reflection
In

this IN-SERVICE Training, I’ve realized that teachers is the integral part of the educational
system, and they have a major role to play in the success of any school or institution. To ensure
that teachers keep up with the latest developments in their field, service training is essential.
Service training helps teachers stay abreast of new trends and practices, as well as develop new
skills to help them better serve their students. With service training, teachers can also gain a
better understanding of how technology can be used to improve learning outcomes for their
students. Additionally, service training provides teachers with the opportunity to network with
other educators in their field and share best practices. By engaging in service training, teachers
can make sure that they are providing the best possible education for their students.

In this INSET training, I’ve learned that Professional standards for teachers are essential
to ensure quality education and effective learning outcomes. By setting a high standard for
teachers, schools can attract the best talent and ensure that their students receive the highest
quality of education. Professional standards also help teachers to stay up-to-date with the latest
teaching methods and techniques. It also help to create an environment of mutual respect
between teachers and students, which is important for successful learning outcomes. Professional
standards are also important in order to ensure that all students have access to an equitable
education, regardless of their background or socio-economic status.

We accomplished the Individual plan (IDP) as a part of the workshop during the seminar.
By creating an IDP, I can focus on improving their performance, build my strengths, address my
weaknesses, and set achievable goals. With an effective IDP in place, I can ensure that I’am
