Analysis and Management of Risk

SDO-Aklan considers risk management as a critical and serious obligation. The division
and its stakeholders may face a myriad of risks that jeopardize the division's academic,
safety, financial, reputation, regulatory, and strategic objectives. Risk management is
necessitated by a variety of variables, including societal changes, higher parental and
regulatory expectations, increased litigation, competition, and global events.

SDO-Aklan recognizes that they are accountable, together with internal and external
stakeholders, for developing a strong risk-aware and control-conscious culture
throughout the division. As a result, the likelihood and impact of risks are reduced, and
actual or potential problems that may arise may be detected, managed, and resolved in
the normal course of school operations and in the best interests of stakeholders.

The following matrix recognizes the major risks in achieving the outcomes proposed in
every pillar as well as the strategies to mitigate their impact.
