 Instructions for Class XI students
Dear Students,
Kindly note down the instructions for Term -01 exams as under :
 Report in school at 8.45 a.m in uniform.
 Timings for examination will be 9.30 am to 11.00 am.
 Students to enter the examination room before 9.00 am.
 No child will be allowed after 9.00 am.
 Students to come on their own. No transport will be provided.
 Students have to bring (Black ball point pen) for filling OMR sheet.
 Attempt the questions as per the instructions given section wise. Only the first attempted specified
No. will be considered.
 Students will go directly to their examination room allotted to them as per seating plan.
 Students should follow all COVID guidelines and safety norms – masks, sanitizers and social
distancing.
 Carry your own transparent drinking water and stationary pouch. No Borrowing, Please.
 Spray sanitizer on your seat and desk both to ensure double safety.
 After completion of your paper, place the OMR sheet on the desk and leave the examination venue
with question paper. Do not forget to collect your belongings before you leave.
 Students will go directly to their waiting/ parked vehicles from the examination room.
 In case some parent is late in picking up his/her ward, the student should inform the teacher on
duty and wait in the designated waiting area (under the Primary Wing) and not leave on his/ her
own.
