XII. Requirements: Submission of learning task/activities at the exact date of retrieval and deadline. Register at any online platforms such as
google classroom and messenger.

XIII. Modular/Online Classroom policies:


1. Submission of outputs. Submit modular/online learning outputs on or before the prescribed date of retrieval.
2. No submission of output by students until the end of the term shall be mark INC and will be given one year to comply and
acquire grades by submitting completion form to registrar’s office.
3. Dress Code. Proper attire must be strictly observed during module distribution (no wearing of shorts, sleeveless and off-
shoulder); and compliance on the prescribed IATF protocol (wearing of facemask, face shield, bringing of own ballpen and
observed proper physical distancing.
4. Student consideration. Considering student’s situation with valid reasons such as difficulty of submission online modules
and /or receiving updates from course facilitators due to limited internet connection. Making them unupdated on duly required
task and assessment.
