Observations: High vibration 7.1 mm/sec observed on Fan bearing data collected from DCS. The fan vibration has been
fluctuated from 5.4 to 7.1 mm/sec and the fan was tripped due to high vibration. we observed there is slightly high vibration
from motor side . Bump test has been done and recorded natural frequency and excited with the 1x peak which is indicate the
pure resonance problem

RECOMMENDATIONS: . Recommended to be Check for any looseness in the system and tighten if any , Check the
healthiness of the fan vibration probes and Check the balancing condition of the fans.
