1. Question:
a. Reflection Paper on Monday Flag Raising
- Learning is an adventure. You can learn a lot of new things through it.
Learning is very productive too. To others, learning is their escape, their
getaway. To some, it is a privilege. To Learn Today, to lead today is the
motto that has been engraved in my mind during the Monday Flag raising.
During the flag raising ceremony I learn how to be a good future role
model of the Law enforcement pillar of the Philippine criminal justice
system. Members of the Philippine National Police are expected with the
highest form of performance in the realms of public service with a
mandate that includes portrayal of good leadership abilities integrated with
the values of service, integrity, and patriotism. Democratic style of
leadership is an immediate resort for us law enforcers especially in the
events of crime, as a result, their performance of duty in response to the
needs of the citizenry become the subject of a disparity opinion. If you
learn today, you have a lot of learnings if you learn a lot then you can
share to everyone about your learning by teaching them today. Leadership
doesn't just happen in someone's life someday, because leadership is a
process. What you do every day determines your level of leadership. To
become an excellent leader, you need to work every day. No one become
a good leader unless he canges something he does daily. Leadership is a
process.

During the talk of our beloved director we were also advise about public
opinion. A good leader should listen to public opinion. Public opinion is
very necessary in the productivity of an organization. It clarifies the
aspects that need improvements or changes and helps the needs and
wants of the community or society that I lead. Nevertheless, the
performance of a leader is indeed the basis for the improvement of our
community that is why we cadets should learn today so that we can also
lead today.
