and EST-R PL (They attend a different day than their school-based
EST-R)
 Collecting baseline data for PLP

 Follow the ESS Connect Calendar for processes
 Identify their BA or Resource Coach
October  PLP/IBSP signed and finalized by mid-October
 Report card process
 Teaching/skills proponent based on needs
December  Annual fiscal Complex Case Review Process
 Term 2 PLP Revisions
 Needs Assessment school review in January
 Teaching/skills proponent based on needs
February  Report card process
 Teaching/skills proponent based on needs
 Wellness proponent
May  End of year processes
 Transition Processes (either new school or teacher)
 Summary of goals met and next steps

 Include an agenda for each PL date


 Start each PL with a welcome/introductions as there may be new faces
 There may not be a designated PL day in each of those months.
