I. INTRODUCTION

Jichu is the name of our business with my partner. Jichu is a clothing business that
offers high-quality, fashionable clothes for all occasions. Our business is committed to
giving our customers the greatest apparel options possible, and we take pleasure in the
fact that our clothing is not only stylish but also comfortable and long-lasting. Jichu
believes that everyone deserves to look their best, which is why we provide a diverse
selection of clothing options to suit a variety of tastes and preferences.

II. TARGET MARKET

Since our business produces clothing, our target market would be those who are
interested in fashion and are willing to spend money on high-quality clothes. Our
clothing line would cater to both men and women who are searching for distinctive
and fashionable fashion pieces that are not widely available in traditional retail
outlets.

Ultimately, our goal is to create a devoted consumer base that not only appreciates
our clothing line but also becomes a brand advocate.
III. MARKETING STRATEGY

Being the owner of a clothing business alongside my partner, our market strategy
would revolve around building a strong brand image that connects with our target
demographic. We would do market research to learn about our target audience, their
tastes, and their purchase habits. Based on the findings, we would tailor our product
offerings and marketing language to their needs and interests.

We would invest in developing a visually appealing and user-friendly website,


social media presence, and other marketing materials to generate a strong brand
image. We would also utilize influencer marketing by collaborating with social media
influencers that share our brand's values and demography. This would help in
increasing brand recognition and reaching a wider audience.

In terms of product offers, we would concentrate on producing high-quality, stylish,


and inexpensive clothing for our target audience. We would also provide a range of
sizes and styles to guarantee inclusiveness and accommodate diverse body shapes.
And also, to increase consumer loyalty, we would provide incentives such as
discounts and free delivery.

IV. 4P’s OF MARKETING

Product:

- Jichu produces high-quality clothing for both men and women. T-shirts, pants,
skirts, and jackets are among our products. We have a variety of styles to suit
different tastes and preferences.

Price:

- Our pricing strategy will be fair, taking into account the quality of the materials
utilized, production costs, and market trends. We will give reasonable costs
without sacrificing product quality.

Promotion:

- We will use social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to promote
our products. We will also collaborate with influencers to promote our products to
a wider audience.

Place:
- Our products will be sold online via our website and other e-commerce
platforms. In addition, we will partner with select retail outlets to distribute our
clothing line. Our objective is to make our products easily available to the people
who will use them.
