Mrs. Dublin imparted some thoughts on her personal
experiences on the importance of writing and speaking skills.
SHARE She also asked some members of the participants to share
(10 minutes) their own personal experiences especially when teaching
lessons in English language. Everyone applauded the
enthusiasm of the participants’ sharing.

The topic was introduced by the presiding designated LAC

Leader. Mrs. Dublin presented through slide decks for
DISCUSS
interactive discussion. The teachers discussed how to improve
(20 minutes)
writing and speaking in English and its relevance in teaching
and learning process.

The facilitator accentuated that to improve skills and

ACTIVITY capabilities in writing and speaking in English can play a vital
(10 minutes) role in the delivery of English-based lessons. The exchange
of thoughts and ideas and the actual application of the
 learning was very motivating. Everyone had a great time
indeed.
As agreed by a group of teachers in the LAC session held on
PLAN February 7, 2022, everyone will apply English in simple and
(5 minutes) casual conversations them. For this session, an essay in any
topic using English be done by groups as an output.
