NARRATIVE REPORT OF IN-SERVICE TRAINING SEMINARS
FOR TEACHERS 2019

In accordance to Deped Annual Implementation of Midyear In-Service Training,

Balamban District II organized a 5-day In-service training program for Elementary levels
through the efforts of Mr. Eli D. Carmelotes, the District Supervisor of Balamban II. This
seminar was intended to facilitate professional training and learning opportunities for teachers.

The program started with the singing of National Anthem, followed by a prayer to be
played over. Mr. Eli D. Carmelotes as the District Supervisor gave the opening remarks and Mrs.
Julieta M. Abellana presented and had a roll call of the participating schools of Arpili Zone
cluster. After that, topics were being discussed by the facilitators assigned.

It is a pertinent will for teachers to continually advance their understanding of the

philosophy and pedagogy of education. INSET allows teachers to acquire professional goals for
the success of the school as whole and increase the current level of knowledge and skills.

It will help mobilize teachers towards a modernized way of teaching and orient them on
the latest trends in the teaching industry. Education is the most powerful weapon which you can
use to change the world. Every year is another opportunity for teachers to gain knowledge on the
best way to improve their methods and strategies.
