Subject: BALIWAG NORTH DISTRICT SUPREME PUPIL GOVERNMENT

(SPG) VIRTUAL ELECTION FOR SY 2022- 2023

1. As stipulated in DepEd Order No. 34, s. of 2022 otherwise known as School Calendar and
Activities for the School Year 2022-2023, the SPG and SSG elections shall be conducted on
the first to second week of September In this regard, the Department issues the revised Interim
Guidelines on Student Government Elections through this OASYASC Memorandum titled the
Youth Commission on Elections and Appointments (Youth COMEA) for School Year 2022-
2023, which will serve as basis for the said elections. This issuance shall be implemented in all
public elementary and secondary schools nationwide for School year 2022-2023.
2. Pursuant to INTERIM GUIDELINES ON STUDENT GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS FOR
S.Y. 2021 –2022 UNDER THE NEW NORMAL, cognizant to DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2014
entitled Constitution and By Laws of the Supreme Pupils Government, and DepEd Order No.
11, s. 2016 Additional Guidelines on the Constitutions and By Laws of the Supreme Pupils
Government the following dates shall be observed during the conduct of school elections for
the 2022– 2023 Supreme Pupils’ Government.

2. The elected school SPG president of the school will be the official representative to the
district SPG election and has the right to vote and to be elected as district SPG officer on
September 21, 2022, at 3:00 in the afternoon at Baliwag North Central School.
3. Expenses to be incurred in the elections shall be charged against local or school funds
subject to the usual auditing and accounting rules.
4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
