R : Alright Mrs. Smith, do you have any last consumption for our hotel facilities?

R : Well, thank you. Could you wait a moment please, I’ll check it first.

*(The receptionist checks the guest update bills)

R : Well Mr. Smith, where will be your next destination?


G : Hmm, I’ll back to my country. Holiday is over.

amount. Please correct all of the bill and please sign right here if all the bills is correct.

R : Thank you. How about your transportation to the Airport, Sir?


G : Yah, I have booked it and he’s still on the way.

bills.
G : Yes, please.

R : Well Mr. Smith, how about your stay in our hotel? We hope you have a great moment
here.
G : Yah, I enjoyed it. All is good. I like the pool, garden and all of the staff here is very
helpful.
R : Thank you for your feedback Mr. Smith. And how about your settle your payment? By
cash or credit card?
G : By cash please.
R : May I have your payment, Sir?
G : Sure, here you are.
R : Thank you, Mr. Smith, let me count the money for you (Count the money in front of
the guest)
The money is complete, let me prepare the receipt for you.
G : Thank you
R : Alright sir, this is your receipt, please check it first and signs here. This is a pen.
G : Okay
R : Well Mr. Smith, here is your zero balance bill and also your cash receipt.
And I’ll put all of this receipt into the envelope but before May I have your signature
here.
G : Sure
R : Thank you. And this is your bill.

you with your luggage.
