 - OBJECTIVE OF THE EVENT

An exhibition of products is held with the purpose of showcasing

and promoting a particular product or range of items to prospective
clients and consumers. Students are able to employ their academic
knowledge and produce unique innovations from the ground up thanks
to the platform that has been given for them. Students are also
able to learn from one another and work together in groups because
to the platform's collaborative capabilities.

They gather together as a group to discuss their thoughts and

collaborate on developing new ways of doing things in order to
create something new. You will have the opportunity to display
your product or service to a target audience that may not be aware
with what it is that you have to offer thanks to the platform that
they provide. In addition, the nature of our business affords us
the opportunity to communicate with both existing and prospective
customers.

- EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF THE EVENT

Expos are where businesses exhibit their products, and they can be of

varying sizes. What should one anticipate? An expo is very similar to a

trade show, so ensure you have an exhibit with sufficient space to

implement all the key areas you desire and to showcase all the benefits

your products offer. The highly anticipated "PRODUCT EXPO" occurred from

April 15 to April 19, 2023. As Gapan City College students, we planned

Expo Week as part of our entrepreneurial efforts. Everyone is looking

forward to this event. Long preparations were made for this spectacle.

The Sweet Bites product is now available for purchase. It is made from

a combination of crushed graham crackers, condensed milk, and all-purpose

cream. The recipe called for a few key ingredients, including

marshmallows, crushed candies, choco sprinkles, and rainbow sprinkles.

These were the main components, but there were also some optional

ingredients that could be added for extra flavor and texture. On the

other hand, the dish can be made without these additional components,

as they are not required in any way.

As we were planning for the upcoming expo week, we encountered several

challenges that we had to overcome. One of the biggest obstacles we faced

was a misunderstanding between team members. The root cause of this issue

was that... As they prepared for E-week, the team faced a challenge. It

was their first time selling their product and they weren't sure how

much they could spend on ingredients. They needed to figure out how to

fit everything into their budget. The group of food sellers were in a

dilemma. They needed a place to cook their food to sell, but each of

them lived far away from each other. Some of them were just boarding and

didn't have a permanent place to stay. This caused a conflict among them

as they couldn't decide on a suitable location to cook their food.

 As we reunited, we made a mental note to exercise patience and keep an

open mind throughout the rest of the Expo Week. The team was pleased to

see that their product was still selling well. They worked together to

ensure that everything ran smoothly. After the expo, they were thrilled

to see that they had made a significant profit. Their happiness was

palpable. Despite having many expenses, we were able to recover all of

them and even gained a significant amount. The Expo had turned out to

be a successful event, owing to the participation of all the attendees.

The room was filled with eager entrepreneurs, each one poised to present

their latest invention.

As I looked around, I could see the excitement in everyone's eyes. We

were all there to sell and showcase our new products, hoping to make a

name for ourselves in the industry. As I looked around at the other

competitors in the event, I couldn't help but feel a sense of

intimidation. There were so many talented individuals here, and I knew

that I would have to work hard to keep up with them. I knew that this

experience would provide me with a wealth of ideas and strategies for

future events. The speaker expressed their belief that individuals who

possess wisdom and patience can make use of their experiences to become

successful entrepreneurs in the future.
