1. Refer and attend to Aconex Field for the HOI comments in "Open" status. Printed copies
alsoattached herewith.
2. To submit WIR for the following incomplete works as per ITP for review and approval.
-Final coat of paint wall and ceiling.
3. Missing all WIR completion approved by KLD in the attachment, to be provided and
attached.
Contractor to ensure that all activity has WIR completion approval from KLD prior to snagging
comments.
4. For MEP works, refer and attend to WME comments for the HOI
5. Above HOI was done subject to take action/closing related to NCR's, SOR's issued for this
room/unit.
6. Contractor to note that below HOI checklist requirements are not complied for this
room/unit. Any damages and defects arising in lieu of this shall be on Contractor full
responsibility and shall rectify and make good without any delay.
- testing and commissioning completed
- permanent power available for socket and light switch testing
