Step 1: Press on Print Preview

Step 3: This will show after a press on Page Setup

Step 4: Select Header then Select Modify

Step 5: After selecting Modify this Window will show up

Step 6: Add Variable then choose the (Page Number).

Step 7: Select Page Number Then Choose to Add Variable again.

Step 8: Choose Total Pages and insert ‘’of ‘’ between the variables.

Step 9: After Press Ok the page number will show in the header of the page.

By following these steps, you will be able to show the Page numbering in the
header in the PDF exported by the Primavera P6, and you can apply these
steps on the Footer to show the page number in the Footer of the Page
