COMPLAIN ABOUT HOTEL

Dear Mr. M.White,


Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Unfortunately, I do have a couple of complaints
about your hotel which I stayed in last month.
First of all, it’s quite complex in your booking process on the website. I have to take a lot of
time to confirm my personal information before I can make a reservation.
In addition, I booked two VIP rooms with breakfast included, but I have a bad experience
having breakfast because I saw some of the vegetables weren’t fresh and the meats were
undercooked.
Moreover, the Internet connection is not good, sometimes it appears ‘’disconnected’’ on my
laptop screen.
