VII. Monitoring and Evaluation

The monitoring and evaluation will be administered by the School Principal,

Mrs. Rosa Myra T. Franco. This project will start on March 2021. Pictorial, narrative and
financial reports will be submitted by the proponents upon the completion of the project.

VIII. Project Sustainability

 The project will be maintained by students and teachers occupying the rooms
of Puro NHS building with the supervision of the proponent as .
Regular cleaning and repairing of the project will be done to preserve its beauty and
durability.

Completion Report of Project (“Halukay ni Rosa”)

I. INTRODUCTION

(When you really want to achieve something you will work hard of it and when
you reached you are greater than what you think. This innovation is a one way to help
the parents and the students of Puro NHS.)

III. PROJECT METHODOLOGY

(The proponent was a chairman of the Private Sector Representative

Committee; it was my chance to ask support coming from the different stakeholders. I
solicited used clothing and accessories but still presentable and usable. I asked them
the prices when they bought those things and I just less 50-75% from the previous
prices.)

IV. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

A. Actual Results of the Project

(The generated amount of this innovation was P 17,000.00. Instead of

purchasing materials to be used for the beautification of the frontage of Puro NHS
building the amount achieved by the proponent will be used for Puro NHS
students in purchasing for their materials needed for Puro NHS classes. This will
be utilized for the costumes of the Puro NHS and other maerials to be used during
their performances.)
B. Problems Met and Solution Offered
 The problems met by the proponent are the following:
1. Pricing of the clothing and accessories
2. Some of the customers did not pay yet
The solutions of the proponent are the following:
1. I fixed the prices with specific amount
2. I asked their support financially for our learners
3. I sent letters for them as part of my solicitation
4. Just waited for the payment of the customers

C. Lesson Learned

I learned a lot for this. If you are really dedicated, committed and
passionate on what you want you can make it especially for our learners.

V. RECOMMENDATION FOR REPLICATION AND SUSTAINABILITY

The proponent wanted that this innovation will be sustained through asking support from the
stakeholders of the school. It was a big help to generate income for the sake of our school
and learners. It showed how Puronians cooperate and supportive.
