Using the Administrator Access Control feature, enterprises can determine who can view and
work with a specific category and content. You can control administrators' access to OLM data.
You can define administrator control at the catalog category level or content folder level.
In this topic, you will create a folder with Administrative Access Control and restrict access to the
folder based on an administrative group.

1. Begin by navigating to the Content page.
4. Use the Learning Management Home page to access the Content page.

7. You must first select a parent object.

9. Click the Folder list item.

10. Click the Go button.

12. Click in the Name field.
13. Enter the desired information into the Name field. Enter "UPK Training".
14. Click in the Administrator Group field.
16. Use the Search and Select: Administrator Group page to search and select the
administrative group. Only this group will have access to the folder that you are
creating.

17. Click the Go button.

20. Click the Apply button.
21. You have successfully created a folder with Administrative Access Control.
