Pupils are able to break a skill down into its constituent parts, preparatory, execution and recovery Pupils are able to name the relevant muscles being worked Pupils understand the agonist and antagonist muscles work in pairs Pupils are able to explain the type of contraction occurring during each of the movements Pupils have an understanding of the three types of muscle fibres and can explain what their major function is Pupils are able to relate their knowledge to a public service example Pupils understand and can name the different movment types occurring Pupils give an accurate and clear demonstration of the skill
