How your strengths and opportunities from your SWOT analysis could help you gain the
qualifications needed for an entry level job.
My SWOT analysis will help me gain the qualifications I need as they will help the employers
understand me further and for them to get an idea of what my strengths and weaknesses
are. Furthermore in my Swot analysis there is a lot to do about media so this would mean
that I would have a high chance of getting an entry level job in media.

What type of entry level job you would aim for and how you could fulfil the requirements.
I would aim to get a job as a Post production technical operator. This is a job that is
currently available to apply for. As part of this job you have to be able to work well within a
team which is a quality that is one of my strengths. Furthermore as part of this job you have
to be able to create video content and this is also included in my strengths segment of my
SWOT. in addition you have to be able to support your colleagues through the editing
process. Not only am I supportive I am also good at editing a editing was part of my media
course

How an entry level job could help you get a job within the film industry.
Getting an entry level job would help develop my skills in this film industry furthermore
because the job would be entry level it would mean that there are not many qualifications
required to start working at the job. Throughout the entry level job I would improve my skills
and also build confidence. Also because I would have had an entry level job in the film
industry if the time came when I wanted to get a better job within the industry I would be
more likely to get the job as my competitors may not have worked in the industry before
whereas I would have which would mean that I would have more knowledge about the film
industry which would mean that I would find it easier to transition from the entry level job to
the job within the film industry a job.

explain how you will achieve your plan and conclude with what you feel would
be your ultimate film industry job.
To achieve my plan I would first complete the level film course as this will help develop my
knowledge of what the film industry is like. I would then go on to a university such as one of
these options

When I have graduated from university I would apply for a entry level job in the film industry
such as a production assistant in southampton as I think this would be a good opportunity to
further develop my skills in the film industry and I would also be earning a wage which I
could put towards developing my skills like playing for extra classes so I can learn new thing
and improve things I know. I would then use all of the things that I have learnt from my time
in education and work to get a really good job within the film industry and I would work hard
to do the best I can do.
