Dear Sir:

Greetings!

This is in reference to the establishment of community-based eco-parks for all

barangays in the Province of Ilocos Norte. As of writing, Barangay #24 Alsem, Vintar, Ilocos
Norte has an existing Barangay Eco Park and Gulayan sa Barangay (HAPAG Garden). In line
with this, the funding received by the Barangay Government of #24 Alsem, Vintar, Ilocos
Norte from the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte amounting to Two Hundred Thousand
Pesos (P200,000.00) to finance the rehabilitation of an Eco-Park and Children’s Playground.

Hence, we would like to request from your good office, that the aforesaid fund be
expensed for the provision of children’s playground equipment to be installed at the Barangay
Children’s Playground of the aforesaid barangay, to fast track the completion of the said
project with the end view of giving Barangay Alsem children a community space where they
can gather and play.
