Problem Statement: Grade 4 pupils of Bagong Barangay Elementary School, S.Y 2022-2023, Thirty (30) pupils are non-readers and Ninety-Eight
98 are in frustration level in English.
Project Objective Statement: To decrease in the number of pupils under non-reader from 30 to 0 and under frustration level from 98 to 10 in
School Year 2023.
Root cause/s: 1. Poor study habits of the pupils
2. Lack of follow-up of parents at home
3. Absenteeism of pupils
