The Importance of Reading

I personally think that reading is a very important activity in our life. Why did
I say that?

First, by reading we can get a lot of knowledge about many things in the
world such as Science, technology. Sports, arts, culture, etc. are well written
in books, magazines, newspapers, etc.

Second, by reading we can get a lot of news and information about

something happening in any part of the world that we can see firsthand.

Another reason, reading can also give us pleasure. When we are tired, we
read books, newspapers or magazines in the entertainment column like
comedy, short stories, quizzes, etc. To make us relax.

Finally, reading can also take us to other parts of the world. By reading a
book about Irian Jaya we may feel we are really sitting in the forest instead
of at home in our room.
The impact of the biggest increase in the food index

The annual inflation rate as measured by the retail price index was 6.82% in
July, up from 6.21% in the previous month. The Office for National Statistics
said the 12-month moving average rate for July was 4.08%.

The impact of the largest annual increase in inflation occurred in the

foodstuffs index (+2.47 percentage points), while the largest decline
occurred in the clothing and footwear index (-0.02 percentage points).

The highest annual inflation rate in July occurred in the housing group
(15.33%) and food (11.48%), the lowest was in the clothing and footwear
category (-0.27%) as well as water, electricity, gas and fuel ( 0%).

The RPI measures monthly price changes in the cost of purchasing a

representative basket of consumer goods and services, and is closely
related to increases in cost of living adjustments and periodic rental
payments adjustments. A closely related measure of price movement is the
Harmonized Consumer Price Index.
The Importance of Physical Fitness

Why Is Physical Activity and Fitness Important? There are several

advantages when we get fitness. Some of them are:

Physical activity is very important to prevent and reduce the risk of various
diseases and improve physical and mental health. It can even help you live
longer—research from the American Journal of Preventative Medicine
shows that regular exercise can increase your lifespan by up to five years.

Physical activity also keeps you in shape so you can enjoy relaxing activities
and do your homework and work safely. It offers great mental and social
benefits as well. The Lancet released a series of studies linking positive
outcomes to physical activity, including "a sense of purpose and value,
better quality of life, improved sleep, and reduced stress, as well as stronger
relationships and social connectedness." On the other hand, lack of physical
activity is associated with an increased risk of health problems.
The Importance of Exercising

Most of us admit that we don't have time to exercise. We feel too busy to do
that. However, many experts say that exercise has a big role in making our
body healthy

Being physically active offers many advantages. In physical reword, exercise

can reduce weight and our bodies will become more fit. Exercise is also
believed to reduce stress levels, improve sleep patterns, and reduce the risk
of heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers.

In addition to physical benefits, exercise also brings good effects mentally.

Because with a fitter body, exercise can make us feel fresh and happy so
that it can improve our quality and life expectancy.

How can we exercise when we are busy? Such questions are often found
among us. Actually exercise can be done in a simple way. We can go for a
walk while shopping. In the office, we can take the stairs instead of the
elevator to go up and down. We can also cycle while enjoying our free time.

Overall, doing exercise is a little difficult in a busy life but a little exercise will
help better.
The importance of education

Education is the most important among all of us. Education plays a very
important role in your life. To live a life of luxury or to live a better life, you
have to be educated.

Education is what changes a person to lead a better life and even in social
welfare. Education is one that does something constructive in our near
future. It helps a person to show their best with their mind and soul. It gives
you a lot of knowledge in any aspect.

Education plays an important role in your success in personal growth. The

more you have knowledge the more you grow. Being educated and earning
a professional degree prepares you to be part of a well-known organization,
company, or institution.

In today's competitive world, education is a human need after food, clothing,

and housing. Education is the solution to every problem, it is the only
education that promotes good habits, values and awareness of things like
terrorism, corruption and more.

Education is a strength for a person and an educational need for a person.

Dogs shed tears when they are reunited with their owners, with the possible cause
being the hormone oxytocin, a new study suggests.

The study, conducted by researchers at Azabu University in Japan, measured the

volume of tears released by dogs who were reunited with their owners, and with
known people who were not their owners.

They found that dogs produced more tears when reunited with their owners than
with familiar non-owners.

Previous research has shown how a dog can cause its owner to release a boost of
oxytocin - a hormone known as the "love hormone" because of its positive impact
on empathy, social trust and bonding.

Japanese researchers found another potential link involving hormones and dogs:
when oxytocin was dropped into dogs' eyes, the animals shed more tears when they
were reunited with their owners. There was no such effect when the researchers
added an oxytocin-free solution to the dogs' eyes.

The findings have been published in the journal Current Biology.

Researchers hypothesize that dog tears may play a role in encouraging their owners
to care for them. When human subjects were shown photos of dogs with and
without tears, about 10 to 15 percent preferred to treat dogs with tears in their eyes.

"Unlike other animals, dogs have evolved or have been domesticated through
communication with humans and have acquired a high level of communication
skills with humans using eye contact," the researchers wrote.

"Through this process, their tears may play a role in eliciting protective behavior or
maintaining behavior from their owners, which results in deepening of mutual
relationships and further leads to interspecies bonding."
