A Better Alternative for the Youth of Barangay Maligalig

CASE STORY TITLE:

Conflict Identification
The Barangay Maligalig is a remote district where the majority of residents speak the local
language. Residents in the area claim to have gone through a participation and involvement
procedure and exercise to assist the community in demonstrating their provided achievement.
Concerns and doubts about profit and sustainability hampered the initial development of the
barangay shows. Many teenagers who used prohibited and illegal supplies and goods such as
alcohol and drugs have been identified and apprehended.

Plan of Action
The assembly must provide training and organize seminars in which the adolescents may be
interested. Individuals would research or discover methods and approaches that would pique their
interest and desires. As they focus on an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation, the situation
will help them become interested. Teamwork, self-improvement, and behavioral management
training sessions are all excellent suggestions for community involvement. We approach the people
to inform them of what is to come as a great policy of informing them so that they can get and
come easily within their places.
