Brief Description and General Objectives of the DepEd Program/Project:
PRAISE aims to encourage, recognize, and reward teachers, parents and stakeholders for their suggestions, innovative ideas, inventions, discoveries, superior
accomplishments, exemplary behavior, extraordinary acts or services in the public interest and other personal efforts contributing to efficiency and improvement in school
operations which lead to organizational productivity.
Furthermore, this aims to:
to establish a mechanism for identifying, selecting, rewarding and providing incentives to deserving teachers, parents and stakeholders at the start of each year;
to identify outstanding accomplishments, best practices of teachers, parents and stakeholders on a continuing basis;
to recognize and reward accomplishments and innovations periodically or as the needs arises; and
to provide incentives and interventions to motivate teachers, parents and stakeholders who have contributed ideas, suggestions, inventions, discoveries, superior
accomplishments, and other personal efforts.
