JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF COHABITATION

          WE, ERWIN G. MARQUEZ and CHRIZZA JANE V. MORGIA, both of legal

ages, Filipinos, single (living together) and residents of 279 SAN ANTONIO
HIGHWAY, MEXICO, PAMPANGA, under oath, declare that:

2. I, ERWIN G. MARQUEZ was born on October 18, 1991 in Paranaque City;

3. I, CHRIZZA JANE V. MORGIA was born on October 30, 1995 in Davao City;

3. We have been living together as husband and wife under the same roof,
continuously and without any interruption, since March 4, 2020 or a period of more
than one (1) year;

4. During our cohabitation and even until the present, we remain both of single status
and, hence, there exists no legal impediment for us to marry each other;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts and for the purposes
of contracting marriage without the need of securing the marriage license pursuant
to the provisions of Article 34 of the Family Code of the Philippines.

AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, CATALINA T. FERNANDEZ, single and a resident of 279 San Antonio

Highway, Mexico, Pampanga and MARCIANO JR C. DAGDAG , married and a resident
of #145 Barangay Canimo 2, Sto. Rosario, Mexico, Pampanga, both of legal age,
Filipinos, under oath, declare that:

1. We personally know the couple/live in partners CHRIZZA JANE V. MORGIA and

ERWIN G. MARQUEZ for almost 2 years as they have been our friends since
2018;

2. Since March 2020, we have known her live-in partner ERWIN G. MARQUEZ and
we know that they have been cohabitating as husband and wife without the
benefit of marriage at their home in Mexico, Pampanga;

3. They have discussed their plans with us to study in Canada, if given the chance;

4. We have jointly executed this Affidavit of Two Disinterested Persons to attest the
truth of all our foregoing statements and for whatever legal purpose that may
serve both CHRIZZA JANE V. MORGIA and ERWIN G. MARQUEZ
