 What is business acumen?

o It’s the ability to make sound business decisions by combining a number of factors
to arrive at the best outcome for a given situation.

1. Based from the definition of business acumen it is clearly stated that I order to arrive the
best outcome of your business you need to have atleast the ability of making sound
decisions. From this we can arrive to different factors in order to attain the goal of your
business.
