SSG COMELEC RESOLUTION NO. 1 S. 2021

A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE SSG COMELEC ADVISER TO THE SCHOOL

PRINCIPAL, JOVEN V. GUTIERREZ OF D. Q. LIWAG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

WHEREAS, the school plays a vital role in the formation of the future leaders and
therefore it should implement the selection of the school leaders closely similar to what is
down in the real world,
WHEREAS, a commission that will manage the electoral processes including the
campaign should be organized,
WHEREAS, the students composing the SSG COMELEC are still minors and that
they may be exposed to situations that are difficult to decide and therefore they need an
adviser whom they could seek advices,
WHEREAS, as mandated by DepEd Order No. 47 s. 2014, Article VII, Section 1,
the SSG COMELEC Chair should endorse an adviser to the School Principal,
WHEREAS, the result of the selection of the COMELEC Adviser is as follows:

WHEREFORE, the COMELEC Chair now endorses to the School Principal, Mr.
Joven V. Gutierrez, MS. JOAN S. BALANE as the SSG COMELC Adviser for the SY 2021-
2022 by which her term shall end in conjunction with the expiration of the natural term of the
SSG COMELEC Officers.
