2. Meeting Proper: The meeting was started at 3:00 pm. It
started with an opening prayer followed by
singing of Makabayan Song.
3. Attendance: 12 of the parents joined the meeting and
those 16 remaining parents who did not join
the said orientation was given flyers about
Homeroom Guidance.

 Importance of Homeroom Guidance
to the learners
 Support of the parents to their
children in answering the modules
 Learners need to prepare portfolio for
their Homeroom Guidance
 Explaining the tool which is
Homeroom Guidance Learner’s
Development Assessment
5. Person Involved: Parents and Pupils
6. Discussions: I started the meeting by explaining the
meaning, components and importance of
Homeroom Guidance to the life of the
learners.

I also emphasized that the support of the

parents to their children in this program is
very important.

I also explained that the learners need to

prepare portfolio for their outputs in
Homeroom Guidance. I discussed the tool
which is Homeroom Guidance Learner’s
Development Assessment. This tool will
assess the learners based on their
performance and output in Homeroom
Guidance. This will not be reflected on their
card.
 7. Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 pm in
the afternoon.
